Andrew D. Sysak is a graduate of Duquesne University where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and History. During his time in college, he was a member of the Duquesne University football team. Mr. Sysak earned his J.D. from Duquesne University Law School in 2002.
Mr. Sysak’s practice focuses on litigation in the areas of third-party liability claims, including premises liability, dog bite cases, bar/restaurant owner liability, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage disputes, boiler-machinery losses, bad faith litigation, arson/fraud defense, and subrogation matters.
He has also extensive experience in litigating complex commercial contract matters in both State and Federal Courts.
Attorney Sysak has tried jury and non-jury trials to verdict throughout Pennsylvania, including Allegheny, Butler, Erie, Washington and Westmoreland counties. Moreover, he has handled numerous arbitration matters in counties all throughout Pennsylvania.
Mr. Sysak is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and is also a frequent lecturer and presenter at continuing education programs presented by organizations such as PAMIC.
